If you have not used Bosque Print in the past or have not had your printing done locally since early 2018, then it is very probable that we do not have your artwork or files.

It is our understanding that a Waco printing business obtained many of the customer files and assets of Ivey Printing when it closed.

If you do not have your artwork or digital files then either (1) you will have to obtain your art files from the Waco printing company; or (2) we will have to re-create your artwork. Depending upon the nature and complexity of the printed piece we may charge a fee to create artwork.

If we HAVE printed your material in the past, then yes, we have your files. Customer job files are maintained for a period of three years, then archived.

We advertise our hours as 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

However, we run a small shop sometimes staffed by only one person. It is often necessary to be closed temporarily for running errands in town, making deliveries, or picking up supplies in Waco. We try to post a notice on the front door when this is the situation.

We recommend calling ahead of time (254-675-3048), especially if you are travelling from outside of Clifton, to ensure that someone will be present in the office.

Yes. There are a number of file formats we accept, but highly recommend and prefer that artwork is supplied in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).

That depends primarily on the nature of the ordered product, and secondarily on our current production load.

Generally speaking, a copy job without certain binding requirements can be done within an hour, depending on size. Business cards, post cards, flyers and posters can usually be finished within 2-3 days. More complex jobs may take a week or more.

Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will make every effort to accommodate or else we’ll let you know if it is not possible to meet your deadline before accepting the order.

Yes, currently within 3 miles of our office in Clifton. Sometimes we will make deliveries as far as 10 miles, which includes Valley Mills and Meridian.

Because we run a small shop with limited employees it is not always possible to leave with a delivery, regardless of the distance. Please feel free to discuss making arrangements with us if delivery is needed.

Bosque Print is a digital printing shop. We currently run two digital presses, a Xerox Color C75 and a Xante En/Press.

These presses are capable of producing sizes up to 13" x 19" or full-bleed 12" x 18".

Our normal stock includes both coated and uncoated papers no heavier than 12-point or 100# cover. We can sometimes run heavier stock, but do not keep it on hand.

We can print envelopes up to 10" x 13" in full color, including printing on the flaps.

We also have a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 on which we can do wide format printing up to 44" on a variety of stock.

Other capabilities:
